Taylor is a Continuous Improvement specialist with a passion in change and capability fields and currently works with Bupa Health insurance. Taylor is hoping to connect with our young people and link them up into her extensive network.

Saleena Ham
Program Officer


Saleena is a conflict and collaboration consultant, working with leaders and teams to better cope with complexity, technologically driven pressures, uncertainty, team diversity and conflict. She facilitates, coaches and trains to build adaptive management insights and skill through deep listening, learning and experimentation in the workplace and community.

Joan Njeru
Program Officer

 Joan is a professional working in the ICT/Telecommunications industry and is an experienced project manager whose leadership, communication skills and history of success, impact and contributions, particularly within the ICT industry are both admirable and inspiring. She is passionate about diversity and multicultural issues and is an advocate for increasing the number of multicultural people in key positions within the Australian corporate environment. She is looking forward to meeting every mentor and mentee and desires to make an impact at M-YES. 

Darryl McConnochie
Business Manager

Darryl has had a successful career spanning 30+ years, from regional operations to national, strategic management roles here in Australia and overseas. He has been actively involved in mentoring, training and development since 2006, sharing his experience in strategic planning, organisational development, change management, problem solving and root cause analysis, continuous improvement and employee empowerment.

Darryl is excited to be part of the Team M-YES and is looking forward to contributing to the growth and success of the mentors and mentees.

Yoonduk Lee
Program Officer

Yoonduk is a graduate social
worker and has worked in
disability services and
community mental health
support within the non-profit
sector. She has a range of
experiences in human services
fields including aged care
support work, community and
clinical services.
